TO OUR FOOD & PHOTOS?
For this task, you will begin collecting images that appeal to you. Go with your gut- just begin by choosing items that appeal to you- that would bring you joy or peace or other positive feelings.
Create a Pinterest account
(I recommend using your school email address and maybe even the same password)
Create a board titled with your initials and "Aesthetic" and begin pinning your favorite things. Aim to get at least 20-30.
Next, start to observe some of the moods / looks / styles that recur in your choices. Try to identify common characteristics and describing words.
Create a Word Document and change the size to 11 x 17. Add a background colour if you like.
Choose 10-ish images and paste them into word. Somewhere on the page, in a composition that fells and looks good to you, add 5-10 adjectives you might use to describe your personal style or aesthetic.
Save it as *your name* aesthetic and email to jmcmanus@sd57.bc.ca
