Recipe Collections

These are recipes we've tested and approved in Foods classes. They are mostly in metric, and most of them serve two people. I've arranged them by difficulty- Level I should be comfortable for all of you! 

Level II recipes are more challenging- many of them are collections for fully themed dinners- Greek Feasts or Chinese Buffets. Or, they may be more technically complex, such as Chicken Cordon Bleu. Message me if you need help- but remember to use the internet as a learning resource, too. Quick definitions on Google or videos from YouTube on techniques can be a huge help.
